Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled. Cancellations can be made prior to shipment of your order but will incur a 3% cancellation fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at daytradingtcg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include the following details in your message:

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

Upon verification, we will work with you directly to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
